Cubby — Terms of Use

Effective: February 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Cubby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

Cubby is a home inventory and organization app. It allows you to catalog, search, and manage your belongings.

3. Subscriptions

Cubby offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Cubby Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. User Content

All data you enter into Cubby (items, photos, locations) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal inventory data to any server.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roth Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
